We're reachable 24 hours a day by phone and WhatsApp for booking enquiries — call or message anytime to check availability.
Do you deliver costumes, or do I need to collect it myself?
Costumes are collected and returned in person at our Narengi Tinali studio. We serve customers across all of Guwahati, but home delivery isn't available at this time.

How does costume rental work?
How does the costume rental process work?
Choose your costume, check availability by phone or WhatsApp, and confirm size. Pay the booking amount and refundable security deposit, then collect the costume on Day 1, use it for your event on Day 2, and return it on Day 3.
For how many days can I rent a costume?
Every rental is a minimum of 3 days: pickup on Day 1, your event on Day 2, and return on Day 3. Longer rentals can be discussed for multi-day events or rehearsal needs.
How early should I book a costume for a school function?
As early as your school confirms the date and theme. Popular characters and sizes go first, especially around annual-day season and festivals like Janmashtami, Independence Day and Republic Day.
Do I need to wash or dry-clean the costume before returning it?
No. Please leave the cleaning to us — costumes are professionally cleaned and packed hygienically after every rental.

What does it cost?
How much does it cost to rent a costume?
Pricing is dynamic and depends on the costume — rentals start from ₹300. Confirm the exact price for your chosen costume when you call or WhatsApp.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes — a refundable security deposit is mandatory on every booking, in addition to the rental price. It's returned when the costume is brought back on time in its original condition, without tears, damage or defects.
Can I buy a costume instead of renting?
Yes. Most costumes are available to rent, while selected costumes and accessories are also available for direct purchase — ask us which items are currently available to buy.

What age groups do you cater to?
We offer costumes and accessories for children roughly 1 to 14 years, subject to current stock for the specific costume.
What happens if a costume doesn't fit properly?
We recommend a quick trial at the studio to confirm fit. If that's not possible, share your child's age, height and weight and we'll help you choose the closest size.
Do you provide matching accessories?
Many costumes include matching accessories such as crowns, wands, masks, hats and props; some can be added separately depending on the costume.
